Anyone have insight on a decision between U of Pittsburgh or Fordham? Still waiting to hear back from other schools but it seems like they are my solid choices. idk what to do, theyre both great academically and competitive party schools. Fordham might be slightly too urban for me. anyone????

not accepted or even applied yet, but after 1 semester at a state school in Vermont ( out of stater) and 3 semesters at CC (including winter/spring 11) with around a 3.2-3.5 gpai plan on applying to Umass AMherst, Northeastern, and maybe Bentley for business or something business related.

Rejected from Stanford EA. Although I have a 4.0 unweighted and a 34 ACT, being a white kid really fucked me over. It is days like these when I wish I was a native american so that I could get into a top ten school AND make money from casino profits.

Anyone applying to Sierra Nevada? It looks so damn nice but is it true that there's 600 students? What is up with that, I've never even heard of a college that small. That's around the size of my senior class.

I applied to sierra nevada bro!! location is so chill but small student body is so not...or is it? i dont really know but they are the only university in the US with a major in Ski Management which is pretty chill

That place is a fucking joke dude.

Ski Management major? That is fucking retarded. If skiing is really your passion then go work at a ski resort and start from the bottom (sometimes I wish I had done just that). I guarantee your "ski management" degree won't make you any more likely to get that liftee job than the next person. The only difference in that the other guy doesn't have a 100k+ debt to some place that gave him a piece of paper. By the way, you don't "apply" to Sierra Nevada, you could wipe your ass with the application and you'd still get in.

So far....

Accepted to U of Oregon, Utah, Montana State, U of Portland. Deferred from Gonzaga (gotta send them first semester transcripts, oh well).

At this point it's really between Oregon and Utah for me; will be majoring in bio at Oregon is biomedical engineering at Utah. At either school I'll be doing pre-med. Anyone else tryna do/is doing pre-med at Utah?
