well my man you are what i call fucked, or banged. Ive been in the same boat my whole life. iv blown my right one out 6 times, and my left once. Every time needing to go to er for reductions. i had surgury on my right 3 years ago, skiied for a season fine, and then the next season blew it out AGAIN. Then las season overshot a jump and knocked out lefty....
Your shoulders been out 6 times without surgury and even with extreme really well done therapy it will still be real loose and you will not make it through ski season. Uhm if you maybe start a really good therapy program and take some time off the season to strengthen it you might last awile but its still coming out with a decent hit to it or even a good backshot can take it out.
And i have 2 different braces, one for each shoulder and they help a pretty good amout. Definitly get one before you start skiing again. braces will help keep it in a neutral position but with any good hit to the back of it or under the armpit its still comin out
the 3 times i went skiing this summer i went to the hospital 3 times
broke my hand first
got a concushen + back injury second
broke my wrist on the first weekend timberline opened
