what are these kind of bikes called? the ones that hinge in the front and the back. if you saw eye trip its the same bike bibby is riding in the credits. Click for larger image

no its not a fixie. i know what those are. this is a bike where the front and the back end move freely. so you can sorta steer with the front and back tire.

Someone has to know what its called
