Video uploading problem

I have tried to upload a vid multiple times for the last hour and after it reaches 100% the upload page is reloaded instead of taking me to the tag page.
Help?

if you havn't turned off your GUI editor yet do that.
If it is vimeo make sure you are using the old code

He wants to Upload a Video to the NS video section if I am not mistaken. So i don't think a Forum Fancy Editor would make any difference.
