the jabulani is shit. Playing in goal against one of those is complete nonsense. The ball doesnt seem to follow the laws of physics. A freekick will go wide left, then suddenly dip to the right as it comes in towards you. I'm very rarely left rooted when a freekick is struck, but its happened a few times with the jabulani.

the teamgeist is the best I've played with, though the new nike ball used by all the leagues these days aren't bad either. They are all consistent, unlike the jabulani. Even the teamgeist was hard to get used to, but eventually, everyone did. The jabulani though is damn near impossible to read/predict.

Whenever I go to other schools to play, we use shitty brine balls just like that but when we play in our stadium which is brand new turf we play with the original world cup balls that are a little heavier for turf so that it doesn't just skip around everywhere

This is what a fuck load of kids on our football team did. It started with a few getting visors with doctors notes saying they had sensitive eyes, and progressed to the point that the refs stopped asking to see the doctors notes because probably about half our team had them. Pretty damn easy to wear one if you want to.

Buddy of mine played with him on U18. Fastest kick returner I've ever seen, unreal DB too. Plays for Concordia.

As for calling Dylan small for a inside backer? 5'10" at 215 is a pretty fucking stout build, I dunno what team you play for where that would be considered small. Maybe 5th year of a Div 1 school, but highschool that's pretty beastly. I'm considered big for my league and I'm 6'1" and 210.

butterfly collars look so fucking badass. you'd be considered relatively large for my high schools team (considering we were the smallest school competing at the highest level of athletics, in the country/ supposed claim by AD). we competed at in div. 1, and played teams considerably larger than use but appeared in 4 state championships in the last 5 years and had won our league five time in five years. oh how i miss football.

We had a huge offensive line last year. Smallest guy(tackle on the left side) was 275 and 6'2". Biggest was about 6'3" and 315 lbs. 2 of them played for U18. Unfortunately, our defense sucked last year. So those awesome runs we had, didn't matter because our defense couldn't stop the run..or the pass..or anything.

I have not talked about myself once in this thread.

i mentioned that Section 1 has some of the best lacrosse in the state (and country).
and that we have very good football here. many state champions and state finalists.

inside linebacker in football (but i can play outside, and do when im needed.) I also happen to be the backup center, but that's only because i can snap shotgun (we run a spread). i hate offense

my freshman thru junior year our defense allowed the fewest points in central massachusetss. won the superbowl my junior year, reappeared in it my senior year, my year at quarterback!

My school doesn't even have football, so fuck you all. Actually, we don't have football, volleyball, swimming, lax, or hockey. And for track we have to combine with 3 other schools to get a team of 30.

Some schools require it. Pole vaulting is the sport with the highest death rate per participant in the world.

It's making it to the mat that's the problem, buddy. I honestly don't expect you to understand. It's a very obscure sport that you really can't grasp unless you do it.

Haha and of course there's nobody in the stands. It's a fuckin' track meet. They're boring as shit and last 5 hours.
