Double eject

I had an issue with my binding last year and I want to get it cleared up before the season starts. I was double ejecting on almost every landing. I tightened my dins up but I still had this problem. Any ideas on something else that could have caused this?

Check you're forward pressure, and put your DIN back down.

Go to a shop, don't mess around with your bindings. Your knees will thank you.

1.  Check boot toes and heels for excessive wear.
2.  Forward pressure.
3.  Don't ever just crank up the DIN to solve your issues.

Get them torque tested by a shop, you can find out if there releasing at the value they should be or if they need adjusting.

Also if there outside a certain range ( i think its about + or - 2 on the din scale ) then they are legitimately faulty and you should get a swap for a new pair.

If there sollys with the shitty toes like my sth 14s I wouldnt be suprised if they are pre-releasing, I have to run one toe at +0.5 and one at +1.

Which binding?
My Jesters developed an issue in the toepieces that eventually meant I could eject vertically at the front, I was getting all sorts of weird releases when landing on my tails/tailpressing etc and until I saw a video of one of my bails I couldn't work out what it was.
Likewise there's a few bindings that have issues with sliding back on the rails and other little issues.
Taking it to a shop is probably your best bet. Shonky bindings with cranked dins to compensate is a recipe for ACL reconstructions.

all this stuff could be a facter but one thing that realy could be the cause of it all is your bindings, alot of people dont see the signifisense of a good binding thats geared towred to what type of riding u do.

if u can get info on bindings i could help a lttle bit more, if your looking into buying a new pare thats good priced i would get dynastar (or look, rossi same brands) pk12 jibs super solid bidings never ejected about for some dum reason!

yeah my friends old rossi bindings were faulty and it was like you were at a 3 untill you got it up to 12. so you would either double eject left and right or they wouldn't come off at all

as mentioned; boot wearing out or bad forward pressure adjustment can cause this;

also, probably a stupid question, but it happens...
Have you also adjusted the DIN on your heelpiece ?

Are they rental bindings? lots of people buy old rentals as i once did. i tried everything and i still double ejected all the time. i replaced them though.
