EBay help

So I posted a shit load of thing on eBay today around noon. It's shows up in my eBay that they are listed but you cannot find them if you search for them. I also went on my friends and checked my eBay and it says I have nothing listed. But when I login to my name and check my eBay the time has already started. WTF is going on?

Takes a few hours, they check the listings for things that violate the rules.
