Ski Movie Criteria

What inspires you to buy a ski movie? is it the price? For me, if the movie doesnt have a full segment of Mickael i dont buy it. Mickael is just so smooth i could watch him constantly. If a movie doesnt have him in it...not only will I not buy it, I wont watch it. I make an exception for Josh Berman's movies, which i do buy cause they do have some shots of mickael, but everyone has a good segment so it makes up for it.

the trailers play a big part in catching my interest. if the trailer sucks I won't buy that movie for sure. also, the skiers in it will be a major factor for me.

if its a pbp movie ill buy it anyway with out even seening a trailor but if a trailor attracts me then ill prolly buy it

well i busted some steez with my home boyz t-dizzle and C.R hommee. we shredded the mountain like it was da atomic bomb dawg. then we whent shredding in the backcoiuntry. tanner was scared and pooped in his pants. so i wacked him in the head with some line skis i found and then i burned them in a pit of doom. then pep dawg came and jumped off a cliff. and unluckily for him he pooped. then c.r tried to save him becasue he is gay but he pooped to. but then sane came and got down saftely. but pooped becasuse of the fire pit. then i jumped too only i did a cork 10000000000 1000 backflip 180 and stomped it.

You're right Mikael is awesome, but I wouldn't buy a movie just cause he's not in it. Price is important to me, because $30 is really expensive for a 40 minute movie even if it has bonus stuff. The people in it is really important too.

i bought session 1242 this year and Forward. both very sick vids, although I dont really like Mikael D. Everyone raves about his smooth style, and i admit he is smooth but i dont like his style. same with steel spence... that same goddam grab over and over. sick sick skiers though. if anyone has some dvd's from this year and wanna send them online and you have high speed, id be happy to send them you 1242 or focused - email me s34nmcintosh@hotmail.com. blah blah you can rant all you want about how im screwing the ski industry wanting to trade vids, but id say i did my part spending almost $100 on these two. if ya wanna trade, email me!

I got RFA, Forward, and 1242 al for $16 or less. they are easy to find for less. Look at amazon.com or something. I don't think they sell the vids right when they are released though.

forward had good skiing, but it wasn't a very good movie, anyone can take a camera out and film then load their shit onto imovie. But making a movie that flows and feels good is way harder. So far 2track is the only company who has done this. the PBP movies and the MSP movies have big budgets for sure so they get some sick shots. But good skiing alone won't make a good movie.

i by a movie if the past movies that the company has made i liked . if i read good things about the movie on ns then i might by it also ... if my local ski hill has it on and i go to see it and it's decent then i will by it also ...lots of defernt stuff .

i do it through past expiernces with film companies i usually buy anything that poorboyz or level 1 comes out with becaus i know they will have sick movies but also i probably wont buy anything from tgr because i know i did'nt like there movies in the past but if they have a sick trailer and i heard it was good i might buy it

i never watch the trailors, if its a ski movie, then i buy it if i can afford it. i want them all if possible, i love watching skiing so i dont really care if its not the greatest thing ive ever seen although sometimes it is(1242)

the best idea ever was the one that was diabolicly hatched today at lunch in the hall way of my school. It involved a boat and beer and selling that beer to 14 yearolds for like $3 a bottel, so that way from every 24 we got, we would get 12 and then never have to pay for our own beer again. and if the poilice tried to stop us, we were drive away in a boat (which doesnt have a licence plate) but, if there were on a baot, we were throw peanuts at them, cause its highly probable that one of them in alergic to then and he would go into anaphletic shock and we were get away. if that didnt work we were catapult cows at them and wait for the headlines 'police boat sunk by flying cows'. --Apple.

I usually get both PBP flicks MSP movie and the L1P video and usually the Superpark video.
