Why arent their any womens segments in movies?

Like really... Every segment is a guy. Thereare no segments that just have girls in them. I think it would be cool to have an all girl segment in a movie.

Sadly and simply because women are afraid to progress. And fear is what slows progression. If there getting mad paid to do the same old 5s and 7s every year they dont want to progress. It sucks but thats how it goes. Females like Kaya, Keri, and Kim are stepping it up however. The next generation of womens skiing is looking promising however. Keep watch!

anti-bangers compared to what guys can do, Standard Films had a huge snowboard girl segment about 5 minutes long and I stopped watching, it ruined the whole movie for me.

I think having women in movies is cool, Kaya killed it. Problem is Kaya killed it for a girl. The fact of the matter is that women are waaaaay less entertaining to watch then men in ski movies.

kaya's eye trip segment was seriously baller. ingrid always has segments.. and I am pretty sure battersby had some kinda half segments in a rage movie or two.

and of course there was that all girls movie. and don;t forget the 8 year old girl who absolutely slays and had a segment too (or maybe just parts.. I dono.. haven;t seen the movie yet)

As far as I'm concerned, sexist jokes should be treated like racist or sexuality comments. but anyways, I cannot remember for the life of me who it was, buy I remember happy dayz actually had a pretty decent one. Kristi maybe? I haven't watched it in a long time.

And I think in order to enjoy a female segment, you have to lower your expectations a bit. I'm not trying to be sexist or anything, I enjoy watching any skiing, regardless of gender, but the fact is that they aren't going to go as big etc as the guys are. Not yet at least. It's not that they suck or anything, just their side of the sport hasn't gotten there yet.

in any case, any female good enough to be in a film is damn sure a better skier than me.
