there not heavy. but there not light. i like mine alot. very well made ski. really good pop and flex... great fro riding switch.... the top sheet has some probs with chipping.. but then thats your own fault for chipoping.... just put p-tex on it if you see wood. buy themm im savign up for this years arv at 380

i think the ski is as good as you make it. if u rip into the ski the first day and ride the shit out of it you might just happen to have a pile of shit on your feet at the end of the day. Its important to realize that getting used to your skis is an essential part to taking care of your skis, remember on your first day before ripping the park & rails up, take a friendly all mountain ride on your Armadas, they'll show you a couple things that might just save you from chipping your top sheet or ripping an edge on the rail.

yeah if you wax and d-tune uder your fooot you have a lesser chance of ripping one out... but it realy depends on how you ride.

I think they are fairly dope personally. I love the flex pattern: stiff for decent carving and riding out landings, but still quite butterable. Only problem is construction, but rumor is they might be better next year? I would still buy another pair next year even if mine fell apart. Warrenty baby!

The construction changes... slant sidewall through the ski, except for vertical under the boot to stop from blowing out edges. TS is a different material thats more burly. I think they may have widened the edges as well, but not sure on that one. Great skis now, and great skis for next year. Name another company that changes a major construction change from year to year. Good luck...
