Replying to VIDEO EDITORS PLEASE HELP...VIDEO FILES NOT WORKING

i really need these video files to work...in adobe premiere cs3

there are some that don't.

some mpeg files that i put into adobe premiere only get as far as saying Media Pending.

i have the XMP files and idk what the hell is going on.

this ever happened to anyone? their videos get stuck at Media pending when importing? (not capturing, i did that awhile ago, and im home on break today)
