Replying to getting a mac

not because i actaully want one but my mom doesn't know the difference from a computer to a toaster so I thought we would get her a computer that is a little more like a toaster!

(in all truth I recognise that macs are powerfull machines but I like windows much better, I feel confined when useing a mac)

anyhow, she doesn;t want to spend alot so I was lookin at the 15 inch Imac. I was also lookin at the Emac and the cheapest G4 Tower. my mom is willing to spend $1300 (the price of the Imac and the G4 Tower) but which is better????

The main delema is betwene the Emac and the G4 tower. this is because the Emac is only $800 but it is the same fucking processor speed as the G4 tower! The Emac has a ATI radion 9200 with 32 mb and the G4 tower has a Radion 9000 but with 64 mb and it is a pro. I am prutty sure that the g4's vid card is better becuase ti has dubble the memore and it si a pro but I ahve to say that bot the vid cards SUCK. I am very suprised, I thought macs main focus was graphics! looks liek I was wrong! will my friend says that when it comes to macs 2 computers with the same processor speed will still proform vastly different (because of how many floting point operations and the mobo) is this true? will the G4 Tower be faster then the Emac even though they both have a G4 prosessor clocked at 1.25 ghz and they both have the same ram? if not, why the fuck is the Emac so much fucking cheaper??? It is looking like the Imac is out of the question becuase it has less mhz than both the Emac and the G4 tower (1.0 ghz) and it has a worse video card. it is looking like the G4 Tower is what my mom and I want. it has both os x and os 9 on it so she could use the simpler, easyer to use os 9 and I could use os x (when i am not useing the pc).
