yes, this binding is awesome, if it's the appropriate binding for you. how aggressively do you ski? how much do you weigh? what's your boot sole? these are all determining factors for whether this is the appropriate binding for you. if you usually ride your DIN around 9-10, then yeah, it's probably a good bet.
as for the online shop mounting thing, with the pivot heel, you really do need to know the exact measurement of your boot sole because there's not that much adjustment to the heel. also, it's far more complicated to adjust than most other heels since it isn't a simple tab/wormscrew for forward pressure. that said, i wouldn't have an online shop mount the bindings. take them to your local shop, with both boots, and have your shop do it. that way, you've got somewhere to go if you have issues, and you can be sure the bindings are mounted and tested properly, for your specific boots.
