Banshee Bungee

i know that this is a repost of a thread i used the searchbar and couldnt exactly find the answer i wanted but should i buy the 20 foot or 10 foot bungee off of http://www.bansheebungee.com/ . and how long do they last. in mybackyard could i use the ten for like a 10 foot jump from a flat tow in

if i get the 20 foot one and only stretch it like half or 1/4 way will it get a longer life span then the 10 foot stretching the whole way

go with the 10 ft. and they last for about a year. on their site under the contact > return policy section they have better approximations of how long they will last depending on use

the 10ft package will get you goin around 25 mph. its good for rails, jumps, small gaps. The 20ft package will get you goin 35 mph so its good for wall rides, big jumps, big gaps. The banshee is good for about 1500 pulls if you take good care of it, Do not dry fire it or it will seriously reduce the banshee's life. dry firing is when you pull it and let go of the handle making it recoil.

i want speed for a 10 foot jump but dont want to pull the bungee to the max everytime because it takes multiple people. can i use the 20ft . and just go like half or 3/4 of the way

Riverboarding? haha.. you attach the end of the bungee to a tree or something that is sticking out over the river, then attach the other end to a skimboard type thing,, then you lay on the board and the current pulls you back, then you stand up! and you FLY forward. such a blast!

for the banshee owners out there? think a 10 footer will get enough speed to hit soccer goals? or need the 20?

like hs goals or smaller rec ones? because it just sounds like a 20 footer but that'd be a sick shot if you get it

new question for everyone out there.

can you tie the 20 footer off like half way by looping it around a tree multiple times or something for areas with less space and still get the effect of the 10 foot bungee?

The 10ft banshee bungee and the 20 ft are exactly the same just the 20ft is longer. If your hitting soccer goals I would definitely go for a 20 ft package. You can shorten it by wrapping the lead line shorter or by wrapping the bungee around a tree (if you want it that short) but be careful not to damage the bungee chord.

could you buy the 20ft and kind of double it up to a 10 foot? I know it would be crazy hard to pull but you would most likely launch. Also would this damage it?

it even says on their website at the descirbtion of the 20 ft bungee...SHORTEN IT IN TIGHT AREAS BY SIMPLY TYING IT OFF AROUND YOU ANCHOR POINT.

ya i saw.. just making sure actuall owners found that this worked.. but i went ahead and bought the 20 foot bungee the other day

my buddy has a 20 foot and it works great.

you can prob shorten it by tying it off if you wish.

and how long it lasts depends on how well you take care of it when using and storing it. and how often you use it.

it wont stress the bungee as much, and pulling the 20ft 1/2 way back is a hell of a lot easier then pulling the 10ft all the way back and it gives you about the same amount of speed. i have two 10ft. bungees and one will give me enough speed to hit rails in my flat backyard. if i need more speed or want a longer ride i just attach the two bungee's together.
