Pollard Semi-Overlooked??

So i was thinking the other day, a nd think about it.... people always talk about tanners style and how its different and how its all steezed out and skis not crossed and instead parallel..so people call him the innovater of it or whatever, but if you think of it... Pollard truly was the first one to be throwing tricks with style like that.. and he's been riding that way for a while now.
Also, when people talk about landing switch in the BC this season it was the big thing and all that, but Pollard has been doing it for a good amount of time now... i just.. duno if its just me, but it almost seems like the man is overlooked just because he's not a big competition skier and all that.

ya hte line team hasnt comped in awhile but i think pollard is overlooked if u ask me no one ever talks bout him im always trying to break up hte tanner conversations and bring pollard into them

yeah.. pollard is a ture inavoter. and he knows what hea has done but hes not a bitch for teh reconition.. like in 1242. they showed pep switchin it up in pow. like it was coolist thing ever. pollard did it better in the front line.. and he started teh cork fad thing years ago.. i agree that he does not comp affects how media presents him. aslo he is a recluse. hes skis for him slef and not ofr fame and goly. he just looks at skiing as somethign fun that he gets payed for..

i would say the only way u think hes overlooked is b/c he doesnt do any competitions so we can't really compare him to other skiers, but he gerts a lot of credit and respect from everybody.

yeah, i think its cool that way though, because part of what makes me dislike tanner is the fact that he is everywhere. its like hes a household name now, the tony hawk of skiing. i think that would totally destroy all that is cool about the line team. they are almost underground in a way, but not quite. yeah, he does have an insanely smooth and crazy style though

i wasnt trying to say he's never talked about, i just meant that when everyone talks about new styles, they mention tanner, yet pollard had the same exact style a while back.. then they talk about pep landing switch in pow, where as pollard has been doing it for years now.. im just saying everyone acts like these things are brand new, where as pollard has been doing em for years.. i just didnt quite understand why.

pollard over rated shit man plez shut the fuck up, the guy is super super sick in my opinion is 1 of the best skiers in the world but to say hes overlooked plez, every skier says he has the best style, he has a pro model ski parts in alll the msp movies and gets coverage in all the mags, if you wanna look at some one whos over looked look at james hillier broke bum skier living out of his car butter 450 on 450 out on c-boxes cork 9 18 feet out of the pipe 10 mins after knocking him self out and he only has 2 sponsors ulta-matum and tmc and all they do is give him some free clothing now thats overlooked
