I'm getting the new Line Masterminds, and the ski shop said they'll be mounted 1-2 cm back from true center. Will that really affect me riding switch at all? Or should i get some skis i can true center mount? Will 1-2 cm really matter?

Don't listen to this.
If you plan on doing like at least 40% all-mountain on them, definitely go back 1-2 cm. It won't affect switch riding very much and it will make all-mountain skiing easier. It depends on what you want the skis to do. That said, what do you want to do on your skis?
