Basically like it sounds, same concept as the rate my icon thread. You rate the person who posted above you on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest. Rate them based on contributions (good threads, karma), how much you like them (no homo), post count, and cool icon, and whatever else you want to rate them on. Ready...Set...Go!
