haha I feel like people just hate on weezy because they like think it's cool too or they do it to fit in or something...... it's stupid. wayne is pretty good, yes, I get it he has his radio songs..... lollipop, all that shit but he is a pretty good rapper. look at his mixtape shit or songs that he doesn't release as cheesy top 40 singles..... they're sick. as an example - demolition freestyle pt. 1.
also, drake is ehhhh. he is kinda getting stale though. money, bitches, himself. sort of hit and miss.
with all of that out of the way, the worst RAPPER in the game is probably waka flocka or gucci. you could argue that they're successful or whatever cuz people in the hood seem to like him and gucci because they relate to their hustle or something I dunno. but let's get real, these guys have NO bars. they couldn't come up with a punchline to save their lives.
