I find myself clicking the same fancy/interesting thread titles over and over and over, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I always completely forget that I've been there 4 times before and don't want anything the guy is selling.
If there was a little checkmark somewhere on the line the thread is one, maybe far far right or something, simply saying if you've read it before or not.
