WTB: FKS Brakes 130mm

Hey guys.
Anybody got some Fks brakes left and would bend them for me to fit my pontoons and then send them to me?

Bent only. Widest FKS brakes 115mm.

my problem is that i have the old ones which have 75mm brakes.
if i bend them to 130 the ski will not stuck in the snow cause they are too short^

i have them but i'm thousands of miles away.
i just need somebody who has an old pair of fks or some spare parts he would be willing to sell and bend before.

Your best bet is to find someone moderately knowledgeable/experienced with carpentry or welding (or even someone who is generally handy, I've seen people bend FKS brakes immaculately, and they don't even ski), explain to the best of your ability what you're trying to do, and have them use a vice and a prybar.

As long as you tell them to be super gentle, and they're smart enough to grasp the angles they need to be bent at, you'll be fine.

well i could do that myself also but i had some bad experience in the past with bending them. but that was probably because i did not do it with a pole and then the weight wasn't divided right if you know what i mean.

i know that thread...already read it 2 years ago when i mounted my dumonts.
there's already a video now and i will do it like that. my binding is a 2005 p18 the binding before was a 2007 fks155. maybe they used harder steel in 2007 i don't know. hope it works out well...

wow that's really cool. well i try to bend my 110mm to 135 tomorrow and if that doesn't work out i have some 75mm original on p15s i will send you.
my only worry is that my powderseason may start in one month and shipping overseas especially for such a little package takes really long i guess..
