havent seen the movie but does it have those typical pbp shots of half tricks or really close up shots of skiers in the air and you have no idea what there hitting
It was just the same as it's always been the athletes just got painted different colors this year. Also, the soundtrack sucked... It was Dubstep then... wait for it.... more DUBSTEP.
pbp's made a few bad films (yeah dude especially springs to mind) but reasons and EDIAS were both pretty solid. i'll reserve judgment on revolver until i see it.
really good skiing from most everyone, shittiest music, boring to watch, don't want to hear skiers talk about technology influencing everything and telling me they use snowmobiles. just show me skiing damn it.
I have the same feeling as last year after watching EDIAS; wasn't that stoked after the first time i watched it, but after watching it several times it turns out to be pretty damn good.
Kind of missed Tanner Hall, but I suppose he had to film lions...
The soundtrack to PBP movies are always the worst, in my opinion. WAY too much Cali P, WAY too much overused glitch/dubstep, and there were atleast 2 or 3 songs in EDIAS that talked about being abused as a child, or seeing family memebers get shot on the streets, or haveing a drug addict father or whatever. I don't neglect those really sad factors in our society, I just think that a ski movie should be a little more on the bright side.
