Apparently they are basically the same. Give or take a mil at tip and tail i read one time. It is also said they are stronger underfoot. There is plenty of posts on this... do some research

the 04 model is quite a lot stiffer underfoot, but the flex on the tips and tails is the same...and if you buy all three sizes and put them side by side it makes one big picture!

why do you guys post criticizm and talk as tho you're all that when a guy's asking a legit. question? and no you dont know what you're talkin about talk to someone who actually works in the ski industry and then post what you know about the skis.
The '04's have 2 instead of 1 binding plates underfoot because there was a big problem with binding's stripping out of the ski with their '03 model. and the graphics are different.

every thing should be the same, that second mounting plate shouldnt change flex to the point of noticing, just slightly heavier underfoot but not noticeable
