The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.' I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass.

^He's talking about Corbetts in Oakville, but they close for a while over the summer, and might have already done so. Corbetts is solid though. If you're looking for Volcom and shit like that, check Hogtown, Full Tilt, and Hustler. Full Tilt and Hustler are a drive out of Toronto(mississauga and oakville) but worth it. Decent skateshops.
Whatever you do, DO NOT SUPPORT SPORTING LIFE. Don't spend your money there. In fact, don't even walk in. Every dollar you spend there supports their highly inflated prices. Don't do that to yourself.

^ whenever I buy things from Sporting Life they are always cheaper than the competition. This is everything from hats and t-shirts to skis/bindings and boots... So how do you figure their inflated prices are any worse than everyone else's inflated prices...
Sporting Life is the only thing I'm going to miss about Toronto when I leave this hell hole. It's a great store (the Sherway one is one I really have experience with, and the Collingwood one too)...
