Park skis that can handle pow

I was thinking something like the volkl bridge, k2 revival or surface double time. I live and mostly ski in Australia so i don't see a lot of pow, but if I travel or on a rare day of fresh snow, I don't want to be left behind. I am about 6ft and 60 kg, 130lbs. Which ski would you guys recomend? It does not have to be one that I listed

cant speak for the new bridge but i have the 08-09 bridges and they charge, i wouldn't really call them a park ski but that doesn't mean that they arn't good. the dimensions are such that it is a little hard to ski switch but other than that they rock. personally i got some pow skis too because i wanted rockered skis, but on those days when it is hard and crud is plentiful, i would love to be on nothing other than bridge

i actually like em off jumps more than my afterbangs, but personally i would consider them more of a all mountian ski rather than a pure park ski, but if you know you only want one ski, than they would be great

the Volkl Bridge is probably going to be my next ski...

 95 underfoot-- ELP Rocker desighn allows uniform edge contact for an incredibly playful, versatile ride for anything from steep, powdery chutes to the pipe and park.

What you need is a 90ish ski with whats being called "Park Rocker" - every company calls it something different. Its all the same though - camber underfoot, small rocker in the tips and tails.

Ticking off skis that fit this:

ON3P Jeronimo
Line Blend
Rossi S3
K2 Revival (actually flat underfoot)
K2 Kung Fujas (102mm underfoot, flat as well I think)

Theres more out there I'm sure I'm forgetting, but yeah, something along this line will get you going.

the fujas have all-terrain rocker like the silencer, so it only has tip rocker with camber

the s3's are one of the most absurdly versatile skis i have ever seen. freshies in the morning, crud in the afternoon, and a few park laps at the end of the day, they literally do everything.



and my 2 cents. the bridge is one of the worst skis i have ever ridden in my life. it was dead, it just felt awful. i feel like i would have skied better having 2bi4's ductaped to my ski boots.

salomon 2012 are dope for both park and powder.. 91 at the waist and you got a rocker on both of the tips..

This years Bridges or last year?

My friend has last years and says they are amazing. Loved them, and said they charge hard on groomers. He did a bit of park and said they were fine, quite stiff but fine and you can butter them just about. They handle pow well and this year they have an extra bit of width so they should be even better, and they have the early rise rocker thing volkl made.

you might want to look at the moment reno rockers. i just picke dup a pair i havent skied them yet up they are 92 underfoot with tip and tail rocker so ive heard they rip the park and im guessing they are decent in pow because they are pretty wide underfoot and they have a little bit of rocker

yessir, and it is stiffer this year so it'll have a bit of extra support and less noodle affect on jumps.

also i skied center mounted bacon is the pow and park last year and had a rather nice time on them. a bit wide, but still playful and fun

yes those too! seem like they could be pretty sick this year.

these or the kung fujas will be my next park ski for sure.
its such a hard choice between the two!!
what will the flex be like? i know its softer than before, but can you like compare it to another ski? and is it flat underfoot or normal camber with tip and tail rocker?

i no im probably gonna get some hate here, but i would seriously reccomend any of the Boone skis line i the all mountain/park dimensions. at 92mm waist, they will float nicely in the pow since your the same weight as me. they also shred the park. thye have bamboo core which means real light and poppy.
