well for those of you confused on how WV getys snow, here is an explanation.
1. High altitude, cooller temps the most of the surrounding areas in the midd alantic from about 10-20 degrees.
2. Because of the high elevation, we get a rain shadow effect thing were all of the storms get stuck up here witch leads to our 180-200 inch snow years.
