one of the most legit full albums i've heard lately. quite soft, but heaps of musical talent in there. heaps of hooks and cool little riffs. so yeah. big fan.

if you haven't got it, get it somehow, if you've heard it, what do you think?

big fan of 'desire lines' and 'helicopter'.

Halcyon Digest needs so much more recognition that it has gotten, seriously his best album and one of the top ten albums of this year.  He pours so much of himself into his work its unbelievable, the lines in Helicopter "No one cares for me, they need no company" are both beautiful and gut wrenching.  He expresses his own sorrow and acceptance of death through his music in a way that creates beautiful music instead of emotional.  My friend and I have been listening to Coronado for months on repeat, never gets old.

I quite enjoyed this album. Not a fan of much other Deerhunter stuff but this was very good.
