V.I.O Helmet Cam

Has anyone used a V.I.O? I'm looking into snagging a helmet cam. GoPro's are a tad big compared to this.

Go pro quality kicks the shit out of VIO. If you want a smaller go pro that attaches to the side of your goggles check out the contour HD.

i really hope your kidding, VIO is 100000000000 times better than gopro and contourHD. My friend has a VIO and it films so much cleaner and is way better to work with on the mountain. It has a completely different filming system as it is entirely digital (CSMOS) whereas both ContourHD and GoPro have moving part making them not only less reliable and prone to breaking but also when it says 1080p its more like 720p due to frame rate fuckage.

I have a contourHD 1080p personally and love it and its half the price of the VIO but not nearly the same quality.

Speak for yourself, but all the VIO footage i've seen, quality hasn't been nearly as good as the Go Pro.
