So after reading through this whole thread here's what I have come up with:
1. It sucks that you haven't gotten your camera yet, but you screwed over some other guys, and karma is a bitch.
2. You should have learned about feedback and how to properly do business on here after your last failed transactions, so therefore I am even less sympathetic towards you.
3. It was your responsibility to file a claim with paypal, not his, I know you said you were having problems with it, but seriously its probably nothing you couldn't figure out with a bit of effort on your part.
4. Fucking CALL him. You have his number now, (which you should have gotten from him before ever doing business) If you keep bombarding him with texts, pm's, and fb messages, it is just going to annoy him. You really think he's going to want to try and help you out if he thinks you're an annoying little bitch? NO.
I am not trying to defend BP here, because if you paid for the camera, it is his responsibility to ship out in a timely manner as the seller. But after all of this, it's fairly obvious that he isn't going to find the motivation to do it. So now it is up to you to take action.
Good luck getting your camera man, I know how much it would suck to lose any of mine. And this is not meant to be derogative, but I think both of you went about the whole transaction wrong, and are both partially responsible
