ok so about a month ago i paid 280$ to bp for his nikon d80 and the 18-135 lens that it was coming with. i am still yet to get this and hes told me he has shipped it twice but still nothing. he also basically stopped answering my pm's. if anyone knows him personally please help me out and get him to send me my camera. i sold mine to get this and i cant go any longer without one


can someone tell me how to post the pm's in the thread?

For some reason you're coming off as a egotistical douchebag that things he is better then everybody else. It's not your problem, it's between BP and thisandthat(?)

300 dollars is kinda hard to refund on the fly. Be patient. also you say "oh that kid is scum for scamming that kid" well for it not being his fault(fedex lost it) should all the money come out of his pocket for it being lost. Technically yes cause he didn't get insurance, it still brings up the point it could happen to any of us. How would you like it if a camera you sold for 300 dollars got lost in the mail and the kid you sold it to was being a bitch about it and then you are out the camera and 300 bucks?

i completely agree with you on most of that. but some is wrong. i mean no disrespect because i guess i didnt really tell the whole story...


before he said he was going away he sent it out which was the day i paid, and then he told me he would give me a tracking number... which never happened. then i didnt hear from him for like 2 weeks. and he gets home and tells me that his friend never shipped it out and that he was shipping it out the next day. which clearly also never happened.

then he posts in this thread, and to this day has still not pm'd me back about the money that he "refunded" me. which i also never got..


i think im past the point of patience as its been over a month. this is getting to the point where it is just absurd

I feel you bro. I was going off the info I knew from reading the thread. I hope things work out, scammers ruin it for the rest of us. Not saying [BP] is a scammer but shit happens, when you sell something you must expect the worse can happen because when it does you better be ready. Kinda the cost of trying to benefit from Buying and selling on BST, sometime you lose some Money

From your last post, I'd try and take legal action. You have all the right too if he doesn't respond to your messages and you have the payment on paypal and his address.

Just look at his feedback, ya he gets his stuff out but it never seems to be quickly or efficiently. Truthfully it is your fault for doing business with him.

BP is the man! i was just MWSFF and considering how awesome it was im sure he was hella busy, so just pm him tell him to get ur stuff figured out and if he did scam you than he deserves the money because he is a G. But really he will get you whatever it is you want eventually so just chill

that has absolutely nothing to do with this. i paid all of you back, i remained in contact with all of you, and i resolved everything that happeded. this is so much different then what happened between me and you. i have done numerous deals on this website since then and im pretty sure im past that

This is NS, not a business. He is not some online retailer. Regardless of if he is scamming you or the package actually got lost, these are risks you always take when buying things on B/S/T. Not only that, but you can't really expect everyone to be a perfect seller on NS, its just not going to happen. You just have to use your head and try to avoid the bad ones. This is why FEEDBACK is essential.

In you case, I believe him that the package actually got lost, and give paypal time to process. I'm not sure how long it's been since he said he refunded you money but sometimes it doesnt go through immediately, for various reasons. IF he actually doesn't refund you money then that's fucked, but I would trust him. Keep in mind that you aren't the only one who's suffering from this, he is now out a camera, which sucks on his part. If I was in your position I would probably just ask for like 200 back since the reason the camera got lost was because he was sending out to you.

The problem with callout threads is that its always he said she said, a bunch of idiots pointing fingers at eachother, usually with little to no concrete evidence of anything. Who's to say that you didn't actually get the camera and are now trying to scam him for you money back (not saying you are, but these things are possible)

Also, if your paypal is "fucked" and you cannot make a claim try calling them. There is a number on the site. IF you have an issue with your paypal, instead of admitting defeat try to resolve it, so you can move on with your life.

I laugh at how many times people say they sent shit, and then it turns out 'the post office lost it'. That's such bullshit - the post office doesn't lose shit, every single package has a shipping barcode for internal tracking, regardless of whether or not you pack for a tracking number. It's 2010, UPS, FedEx, USPS, whatever, doesn't lose packages, let alone the 15 times a day it seems to happen to NS people.

You bought something from him? Usually when you buy something from someone you get some information about them Eg: Name, phone number, age... stuff like that. If you dont ask its just stupid on your part.

It also tells you his name in paypal if you go to your recent transactions

first off, he bumps this so people will see the thread, and if they know this [BP] fellow, they will tell him to send the shit.. AND obviously this kid is handling this in the most effective way he can. Goin as far as facebook to try to reach this guy should NOT be necessary. Regardless if he's ( [BP] ) busy or not, there's no excuse for a month without the camera or a refund.

Plus the fact that he said he did refund you pisses me off... Unless of course there has been a minor mishap and he tried to refund you and didnt work, then my previous argument is invalid
