I can't pick things up, can barely sit for elongated periods of time and am usually walking around with a limp. Have been trying to strech it but i can barely straighten my leg without it burning. I think i pulled it 2 weeks ago while bouncing (really out of shape). I've been icing and heating it as well as taking asprin and such.

So Doc, what should i do?

keep stretching it and icing it i guess? obviously dont try anything that might make it worse, heavy lifting, running, etc.
