summer smoothy recipe

yea, its summer, and whats better than a fruit smoothy, so i took the time to make some recipes for u guys, since i do this stuff alot
THE FRUIT SMOOTHY TO END ALL FRUIT SMOOTHIES
-ice
-strawberries
-bannana LOTS
-capri sun ( strawberry kiwi will do)
- blend blend blend

the pina
-ice, (duh)
-pinnaple juice and orange
-take a coconut, just find one, i found them at stop and shop..and crack that that thing open
a.) if your lazy or cant find a coconut, get the canned stuff (warning: it looks like man juice)
-blend and put one of those little umbrellas in it

sour peach yo
-get some peach or some peach juice...its sour
-grapefruit juice if you liek it really sour
-capri sun (any flava) -OR- kiwi strawberry juice
- blend with orange juice and alot of ice


so thats it, try one of these, you will like it, they rule
