God damn UBC is wrecking my plans to have a bunch of time off to ski next season! My summer course was supposed to start in about 2 hours, and they CANCEL IT. Like, this morning. Why didn't they do it last week so I could sign up for something else?!? Now I'm screwed. They'd better not cancel my other one. I'm really pretty angry about this. Now I'm not gonna have as much time to ski. DEATH TO UBC.

I've been looking for about an hour but there isn't as much selection as far as summer term goes. This sucks.

^It's a university, genius. And they love hippies, you have no idea how many people there are waaaaay off to my left on the spectrum. It's amazing. I'm practically conservative by UBC arts faculty standards just because I don't wear sandals or hemp. Ok, that's a slight exaggeration, but it's a university, You get the idea.

spring courses haven't started yet at u of c, you should take this online course, greek and roman studies 209 or something, all my friends took it last year and got 95 or higher. super easy.

^What would the point of that be? I wouldn't get transfer credit at my school, it's a distance education course in another country. I don't even take D ed. courses from my OWN school.

it's not a distance ed course, it's just a course that happens to be offered online. you get the same credits as for a regular course. and u of c is university of CALGARY

Ahhhh I thought you meant C berkely or something. Yeah, I might get transfer credit for that... i'd think about it. I've been reengineering my schedule all morning to try to fix this. Thank you for the suggestion.
