since a lot of blind people are still able to perceive shadows/light/movement, they are probably forced to start with these things that they can sense, and then use their imaginations to form the rest of their surroundings. just because they are blind doesn't mean they can't think. when they are dreaming, i would guess that they do the same thing as when they are awake: start with things they know and then just fill in the blanks with their subconscious imagination.
like that other thread... he said that him and his girlfriend have similar content in their dreams, it's just in the interpretation that they differ. this kind of reminds me of that "if you were born deaf, what language do you think in?' it's not so much language as interpretation. the same applies to deaf people - it's the same content, just a different way of perceiving it.
