Samsung SCX-300L help

I have a bunch of footage but seem to be unable to DL'd it to my Mac it says that the information is unreadable. I no longer am able to find the discs that accompany the Camera and also have never put that software onto this computer. Any suggestions would be much appreciated for where I can either find the software or any alternative to make the information readable.

I know this is quite vague but thanks anyone that can help.
