Hell yeah! How do you like the .40? The local shop had a couple steals on the 9mm. Got this one which from what I could tell was essentially brand new for $225. I couldn't pass it up

What trigger is that?
.40 is fine. I had sold an xdm that was a .40 so I had a ton of ammo left which is why I grabbed this in .40. I normally shoot 9mm for most of my handguns other than my 1911’s which are all 45acp.
trigger is an apex with the freedom pattern. They don’t make the freedom anymore for the shield but the trigger set up is the same. Very happy with it. I also run the apex in my m&p 2.0. I highly recommend apex triggers for s&w’s
i also have the talon grip wrap installed on mine. Specifically the rubber wrap on this one. Very nice carry option. I run the courser sand style on my Glock.
Yes but also works to get foot in the liner. Haven't bought zippies yet but my stock liner has lace loops, been using those. Noticing it's getting a little munched. Horn will help with that?
PartyBullshiitIt’s for getting the liner in the boot so you don’t chew up the zipfit heel taking them in and out. Per zipfits recommendation.

Not sure how much help the horn will be for your situation. Zip recommends always lacing up the liner and then wc’ing the liner into the boot everytime. Especially with the liner power strap. So the constant rubbing on the heel can chew up the liner depending on how much exposed hardware your boots have. A lot of peeps run Teflon tape down the inside spin of the boot and the heel and overlap of the sole on the zip. Jeff over at zip said the boot horn is super helpful if you don’t want to use tape. They sell the horn on their site as well. I just grabbed a second hand one for cheap off eBay.
Yea, lace and wc in. The liner sole is starting to peel off from pulling out.

Then yes the horn would forsure help. The other option is using a teflon style tape starting just below the heel of the liner then up around the heel edge and part of the spine. You cal also apply the tape down the spine of the been if you had rough spots or hardware that’s causing wear

Already have a talon on the way! They are the best.
Thought about upgrading to an apex, but ended up using the 150 bucks to buy ammo. I'll get one eventually, but considering how everyone complains about the trigger I don't think it's thaaaaat bad. I've shot worse that's for sure.

It’s not that bad. Until you try a really good trigger. There is just no comparison between the factory trigger and an apex. Literally night and day difference
WoFlowza bunch of my buddies are in it, and a few members of the team, gets me out of paying for housing junior and senior year at a school that requires on campus housing all four years.
I never thought i’d join a frat before getting to school and getting dragged to a afters by a teammate/brother and then rush by a buddy who was rushing. It looks pretty good on ur resume, the alumni connections are useful tbh. Everyone says so, but absolutely no one takes advantage of it. It’s helped me find some payed summer clinical and research experience, hopefully will help with actually getting them, But it’s a start!
Hot take but i absolutely loved being in a sorority.
Yeah I had a really good time in a frat. To be totally honest, I kinda joined looking to pad resume and connections. But then I really liked the people around me. This can vary largely by chapter and organization though.

Also I don’t mean to keep commenting at you so much lately. You just keep saying shit I can’t help but respond to

i just love my drip dude, no two ways about it. admit it though, it's fucking sick having a pair of trousers that can convert to shorts, it's like i'm getting two for the price of one
and nah that's chill, i say a lot of stupid shit, i have nothing between my brain and my fingers to stop me typing whatever nonsense i think of, i'm like one of those monkeys at the typewriter trying to write the Gettysburg address
Fashion is cyclical. It was a thing when I was a middle schooler and then it was super uncool. So get the use out of those pants while you can.

I said this in Tahoe to a guy as a joke and he got like pissed lmao I think he actually might have been T Hall’s photographer/filmer or in that group for a bit.
I usually wear a size large maybe medium if it’s long enough, how is sizing? I have size L sweaters that are too small, XL that is too huge. But looking at their lengths a medium might fit me well. They’re extra long aren’t they?
roddy116Brought some new Jiberish, I have a problem.

I'm a big dude so I always get the biggest size. I don't think their stuff is very well standardized other than their outerwear and the drawstring hoodies. Like their t-shirts, some of their 2xl shirts are fine but I got one this year that was 2xl and I didn't care for the fit, felt too tight in the shoulders, other times they fit great so its a tossup.
That being said the standard hoodie with the drawstrings they sell are comparatively long but I feel its the most consistent in terms of sizing, im 6ft 1 and they go halfway down my thighs.
