Totally has a ton of potential. The owners prior to the last ones had redone the kitchen, and top floor with all of the bedrooms/a bath.
Unfortunately, the lazy bastards that we bought it from didn't put any work into it, Yard was rough, dead grass and 5 foot tall weeds, has a mouse problem, the washer blew up and flooded one of the basements. At least I have caught a few of the mice, and we have two cats that should take care of any others that decide to show.
On the bright side though it gives us a lot of room to add value.
Finally got my hands on an X100vi. Took over 3 months from when I ordered it to finally arriving. Takes some damn good photos for a pocket sized camera.

Bikepark season is almost upon us. Single speed is gonna be lit af. Just need to find a cog but it's a little annoying finding something reasonably priced as I have an xd driver. Like sub 50 is what I'm looking for.

i really wanted something wider, carving oriented and with a progressive mount point and this thing at 106 with a twin tip and a 17.5 m turn radius at -2.5 rec mount point is so perfect

so i can ride it as a thruster or a quad fin, it’s pretty common.
i made my own blank from scratch because shipping a premade blank is stupid so it’ll be interesting to see how it comes together. my next step is making my stringer and glueing the blank up.
I bought these tires for free from my boss. They are pretty terrible but I exploded the Maxxis stuff I had on before. Getting either continentals or wtb next. Have really good deals on both.
