Had to buy a new tie rod for the Gladiator, and just bought a new drag link as well because the ball joint is shot ( classic jeep death wobble going on). There’s goes my touring setup $$$

The housing market is ridiculous. Down the road a 2,700 sq. ft home on less than a quarter acre of land is going for $780,000. For that much you should be in a mansion with privacy. Yet people are getting into bidding wars, waiving inspection fees, and buying before even seeing the house in person.
