SendyMcSendyfaceJust bought my first car.
Purple 96 Volvo 850 T-5. I've been looking for a nice sweede for a while, and my mechanic hooked me up. Needs a manual though, an automatic doesnt do her justice. I'll post pics in the morning.

geibLet me know how you like it, been wanting a volvo turbo for a while but leaning toward a first gen v70 wagon. But almost bought and 850 t-5 once.
Titus69My friend has an NA 850 5 speed, it's such a blast to drive, although boost would help it. Inline 5s sound so god damn good.
SendyMcSendyfaceIts a damn fun car. Handles great, and has lots of space for stuff. My parents drive a 04 v70 and its good for hauling shit, but its not alot of fun. I'd definetly reccomend looking for a turbo volvo. It really needs a manual transmission though, but a swap isn't that hard to do. On mine, mileage isn't great, but it is an old car. I'm gonna do a bunch of stuff to it when I get back (tranny swap, exhaust, ecu remap, new brakes and suspension).
gonna have to wash her this afternoon, and put her under a tarp. The damn squirrels sit in thr trees above my driveway and throw bits of nuts and shit down.

Titus69I use to have a 240 wagon before it died of rust, the exhaust split and I got it straight piped and it sounded like ass but popped a bunch and made me laugh. I looked at 850s after it died but most were to high in miles and the turbos were rusted. Hopefully landing a job at a Volvo dealer today so maybe I'll see some old ones come in, I'd love any R model, a newer v70r with the s60r power plant would be the ultimate family haul mobile.
SendyMcSendyfaceGood luck with the job bro! A v70r awd would be perfect
Titus69Thanks man I incredibly passed the drug test so I should be starting next week. Just washing cars and occasionally driving people around, I think there was some polestar out front too.

patagonialukeGot some blue-light-filtering computer glasses now that I'm sitting in front of a screen for anywhere from 5-15 hours a day. So now I look like a nerdy hipster, but hopefully a nerdy hipster that doesn't have headaches and can actually sleep.
Profahoben_212have you tried them out? trying to pick a pair up
patagonialukeThey seem to work well. Have had less headaches and seem to be sleeping better. And they don’t have a yellow tint to the lenses which is nice
Profahoben_212You sold me. Anything that will help with these headaches on my homework binge days.
laws
.lenconHonestly think I'll be getting a pair too. Didn't even know these things existed, but right now half of my classes are online, and I want to do the same thing next semester.. and maybe even into next summer.
Profahoben_212yeah man it murders my eyes/ head. Getting sick of popping pills everytime i go to the library. just primed them bitches.
.lenconIt doesn't hurt me too bad, but I need to take care of my eyes since I have to wear contacts and I think it's getting worse. I want laser surgery at some point
Profahoben_212Profahoben gear splurge
.lenconJesus. What's the last thing?? And quiver killers?? What models of sego did you get?
Profahoben_212Went hard. I know I'm forgetting some stuff too.
The last thing is a BCA Link radio...for use in filming and backcountry this season...bout to make nolans life 100 times better
Ended up going with a pair of prospect 112s and sloppy Joes. Figured the amount of days i was actualky on skis less than 110 last year was super minimal...even during the spring/summer i was fucking around on my chetlers. Quiver killing for kingpins and pivots for maximum send at all times.

gapersarefriendsBogus Tamarack and fart around on the mountain collective yeah
.lenconNice. That will make a good ski to screw around at those resorts.. I've always wanted to make it up to Brundage.. maybe this year.
gapersarefriendsYeah ive been on jj’s so these should make me go way faster.
Brundage is super fun they get real good snow, always empty too. Only ever been there on foot plus days though. Hmu if you’re ever skiing around here
RousedWitsBrundage is a RAD place to ski, seargents and the backcountry behind centennial... Never tracked powder pretty much every time.
Chubz.damn that place looks sick.
seems like theres a ton of low-key resorts in the west that nobody knows about that have super cool unique terrain.
Idaho seems like a super underrated ski state.
