Would you be using it solo in conditions that would warrant its use? Or just using it during moments where a beanie would suffice, like say having a beer outside the bar after a longs days shred.

to above, removable hood is a non option, as I already have the jacket picked out- I'm just having trouble deciding between a hood or no hood.

I guess yeah that would be my primary want for one- using it without a helmet. I guess a beanie would suffice, but I'm also sort of thinking about using it on the skintrack when a hat would just be another thing to lose/drop in the snow/fumble with. You have the exact jacket I'm talking about- do you ever find yourself wishing it had a hood?

Nope -- on the hill I'll likely have my shell over it -- off the hill a beanie would suffice. On the skin track a hood would drive me bonkers. I'd rather have a beanie I can just whip off and stash somewhere -- many spots I've stashed a hat when my head got too warm. Would you wear this layer on a hike even? I feel like I would opt out of wearing it as I'd get overheated super quick.

New xbox. Got it for dirt cheap. Before you hate, let me justify my purchase. My current one is the OG white one from like 07 and is about to die. Got this newer version, newer than the slim for like 150-ish. Gonna wait at least half a year before considering the Xbones and PS4's. I remember the first 360s and PS3's had plethora of problems when they first came out. I'll rage GTA V as I wait. And they'll probably be cheaper after a year or so. Plus I got 250 gigs as opposed to a weak 50 on my OG one. Only downside is I have to wait 24 hours for microsoft to verify my XBL account.

i've always kinda wished i had a hooded layer i could skin with. i hate putting on my face mask when it gets super cold and windy because i can't breath very well through it. i feel like a hooded layer would be nice so you wouldn't have to stash your beanie and you could regulate your head temperature/sweat better since it may not be as thick as your hat.

Pretty stoked. I was going to spend slightly less on a non weighted one, but they had this used one for a bit more and I figured why not. Now how this will do in my little dorm room... It's pretty heavy too. Sounds decent, and I'll probably be using headphones most of the time and it sounds good through those so.
