I mean I'm not saying he needs water cooling, but something other than the shit stock cooler would be better. @computer kid, get a Coolmaster hyper 212, it's $30 and much better than the stock fan

Imma tell you right now, the most important gear for a 9 month tour is a costco sized bottle of aspirin, and imodium a/d. road food does wonders to your lower GI tract

bought this beauty. For anyone who knows anything. 27", 5ms GTG response, full 1080p, LED, 1mm bezel, 2HDMI inputs, display port input, and this gaming specific mode to reduce response time further. PUMPED. Going to look sick next to my 27" iMac.

They shipped about an hour ago! Isle 11'10" "Glider" paddle boards. They should be perfect for cruising around the marina and near shore. Big and buoyant so a dog or even another person won't be a problem to sit up front.

I wanted 1440p but the prices jump up a couple hundred easily if you want that resolution with IPS + 27" + 5ms GTG etc. The main reason I got the display was for gaming, and no consoles yet support 1440p, although ps4 will support 4K I think, It's unlikely that it will support 1440p according to the internet

Wore out another ATC. The grooves got very sharp from wear...it happens. Had to order another and added in several other things that I definitely didn't need but wanted.

Decided that my primary belay biner had grooves worn into it that were way too deep. Amazing how quickly I wear these out.

I was very impressed by my .1 Camalot X4 so I ordered the .2. I still like my aliens, but will rack these in addition to them for some routes. I do not plan on ordering the X4 in .3, .4, .5 or .75. I think they are best in the .1 and .2 sizes.

Lastly, my Eno hammock (excellent for group climbing/belaying) came with really crappy biners so I upgraded them to the Metolius FS Mini biners. I consider these to be too small for practical climbing use, but on the hammock they should be perfect.

Looking good. What pedals you have in it?

I really want a road machine just to change things up. I might build me a beefier CX bike over the winter then just have a set of road tires for the thing. Wouldnt perform as good on the blacktop, but then I can use it on the local single track for another challange as well. I'll never get into racing CX though. Barrier hopping, bleh.

I have a MTB I'm selling just because there werent enough close places to go and I race dirtbikes too so I pretty much get my offroad fix from that. I just picked this up off craigslist and love it. Great for cardio and training

The terrain is actually pretty comparable, but breck's good terrain is just more spread out rather than as dense as A Basin. The vibes at A Basin are soooo much better.

Either way both mountains are great and welcome to Colorado
