Look around for some easton flatboys, Sickest pedal but I think easton have stopped making them. Back when I raced It was either flatboys or the burgtec penthouse flats that were used.
The burgtecs are pretty pricey (worth it though, insane pedals) but nukeproof have some sick pedals worth considering.
As cliffy said, DMR's are worth considering, always seen them as more of a DJ pedal but with brendog's new signature pedal with them i think they're cutting weight and slimming them down.
Although if you have 5.10 shoes then the pedal choice doesn't really matter, you're not slipping those shoes whatever pedal you get.
