ah, that would be sick, last year i had to take a class in arduino/processing coding and building, since then ive been keeping an eye out for cool projects to make with arduino
You can make those movi stabilizers with them i've heard, they're actually fantastic for that sort of project. Figured i'd start with an all in on raspi to get me started on something.
Things I've also thought about:
File Server
LED lights in my room (my desk is under a loft bed) controlled by it
something with knobs and leds that doesn't really do much of anything
I like diddy kong more. I think its a lot more adventurous and you get those bitchin hover crafts and panty droppin planes. How can you not like it? Plus you beat that piece of shit pig and blast off in a wicked lighthouse rocket to race people in space.
Well If Im challenging someone to a race Id definitely go Mario Cart or if I was playing with my friends. Its a party game ya know? But when Im playing something by myself I prefer Diddy Kong.
theres so much cool stuff you can build, my term project ended up being a remote controlled car with a "dashboard" to a computer and was controlled by my phone with the app touch OSC (dj midi interface type app, made it work though)
a movi would be pretty sick, i feel like the servos used can get pretty pricey probably haha, that would be an awesome project though.
Haha oh shit. I have my great great uncles from WWII sitting in my garage right now. It even has a bayonete mount on it. I I never knew that's what it was called
