Found it at some indian store in northern MN. They also had samurai swords, battle axes, cane swords, and all sorts of other cool shit. Seriously the coolest store i've ever been in. My friend and i spent like 1.5 hours there and she bought a snake skin samurai sword.

few months* if anything, apple generally does two releases for the mac books. right after school starts and their back to school promotion ends (so they can clear out old inventory) and before/during/right after the holiday season.

regardless, poor choice, unless you absolutely NEED a new macbook pro, id wait until the new release

Updated some of my camp cookware and some utensils I didn't list.  Can't wait to whip up some gourmet food and relax and enjoy the meal on top of a mountain again.  Just something special about it I can't explain.

My guess is October 5th, one year after the passing of Steve Jobs. Also, it's iPhone #6, so I doubt it'll be called iPhone 5.

Thanks!  This is the dragonfly stove, so it is pretty small has an adjustable simmer without fucking with the bottle pump which is why I picked this one.  If you want to sautee or make something delicate like pancakes you just turn it down.  Want to melt and boil snow or make pasta, just crank 'er up.  Such a nice camp stove, gotta love the ability to go either way when you want to.

I picked one of these up last summer for backpacking trips, works great but kinda sucks if the land youre on has any slope. I also have a big ol' coleman portable grill when I dont care about weight. God I fucking love camping, so stoked for the summer.

How do you like that set of pots/utensils? I almost picked those up but settled for a cheaper set cause I didnt need so many

I really like them, used my buddy's set a while back and fell in love.  Cleans wicked easy and cooks evenly.  What's really cool about the dualist is if you have a canister stove like that ^^ the bottle will nest in one bowl and the burner will nest in the other so it doesn't take up any extra space.  I thought about getting that style stove  just for that, but decided against it and went for the bigger stove w/ adjustability.  I'm a total fatty on the inside and need my foodie gear tight hahaha

the convertible plastic spork thingies that come with it kind of suck, but I have a set of nice Aircraft aluminum ones I bring everywhere with me so those will probably get tossed. 

Can't wait to do some backpacking this weekend.  So nice to get out there in the fresh air and enjoy the mountains.

i can guarantee it will not be released on october 5th, more then likely it will be in the fall though. usually by this time of the year rumors and leaks would be going crazy for the june release but that hasnt been the case.


also if you think this will be iphone6 you loose credibility for talking about anything apple. if the ipad is any clue it may be called "the new iPhone" but my guess would be iPhone 5.

logically and following the naming convention, it will be the iPhone 5

if anything they skipped and we are actually on the 3s (since they skipped to 3G to represent the network rather than generation 2)

but if you look at the number of models of iphone, the iphone 4 was the 4th iphone to be released. the 4S is the 5th iphone.

they arent going to skip to iPhone 6

itll be the 5 and then the 5s, 6 - 6s, etc

the iphone 4s is an upgrade from the 4, not an entirely new phone.


however this is all rather irrelevant, as naming the next iphone the iphone 6 will cause more confusion than following their current naming convention, and naming the newly redesigned model the iphone 5

they don't really have a convention. they named the second one the 3G, and the 4th the 4. so far, we haven't really seen any pattern other than models that utilize the same body with upgrades be called the iphone (blank)S. there appears to be a pattern, but we haven't really seen one yet.

it doesn't matter anyway. yes, I agree, calling the next iphone the iphone 6 would be confusing.

1. They usually have a big event were they present the new iPhone, amongst other things. And I think that event will be on October 5th, and it'll be something huge.
2. Didn't say that it'll be called 6, just that I don't think it'll be called 5.
