I've been getting quite heavily into cooking recently, and I'm always on the look out for ways to make better tasting food.
Anyway, I saw a programme about a guy who smokes his own meat and fish, and it looked amazing. He was producing the most delicate smoked beef, deer, chicken and fish, and smokey BBQ sauces, etc.
It looks too good to pass up on
So my question is NS, has anyone attempted this? What was the result like, and what is the best way to make the smoke (woods and methods)?
