I broke my kneecap snowboarding. I had a total of 3 surgeries until it was all said and done, and the whole ordeal took a little over a year. I currently have 2 titanium screws in my knee cap fo' life.

basically just shinbang, nothing broken yet in 12+ years.

disslocated sholder  and dislocated knee... three broken ribs. one bad concussion( bloody nose and ears in hosiptal for observation) bumps and bruses like the norm

tore my miniscus in my knee in 3 spots. had othascopic surgery and was riding a month later.

and dislocated my shoulder.. here's the video of that.

In 2007 I tore my groin hitting this shitty box. The lip was mostly haybale and I ended up getting one ski on the box with my other leg stuck inbetween the box and the lip.

It took a month to heal and I have a mass of scar tissue larger than a golfball.

After that, I hit my head, had a seizure, pissed myself and got a heli lift out. That set me back 2 weeks.

skiing: dislocated shoulder.

snowboarding: I rode a snowboard down metal cheese grater stairs to win a new jacket. unfortunately i fell on the last 3 and fractured my radius in my right arm. the jacket is cool and all, but the fracture blows.

Broken ribs, broke ancle, strained ACL, partially torn both my MCLs, broken thumb, broken finger, broken wrist 5 times (skiing, snowboarding skateboarding), bone fragments floating in my elbow, concussions (not really sure how many though cuz i'm not a bitch and don't get them checked out)

Tore a dime sized hole in my small intestine, week in the hospital.
thank god for keystone ski patrolers, don't know if i'd be here if they didn't get me off that mountain.

Skiing = neck sprain/concussion, 2 weeks

Snowboarding = dislocated hip, 1 month, went riding again and dislocated again. I don't snowboard anymore. Hip still hurts too often.

Broken jaw from casing a 7 put my knee into my jaw broke it in three places and had a piece of it coming through the bottom of my mouth. fucking sucked. 6 weeks with my jaw wired shut liquid only diet the whole time. 2 titanium plates in my jaw for life. had to use a stick to leaver my jaw open after it was unwired, so i couldnt even open my mouth an inch wide after it was unwired which sucked cause all you want to do is eat food. luckily i had braces otherwise i would have been picking up a shit load of teeth.

separated shoulder, 7 dislocations (from skiing, more from other things), torn rotator cuff, bone chips, surgery.. still recovering, but overall time to full health is about a year

Stress fracture on my tibula (shin) dropped 7 foot cliff and landed wierd last day of season, 3 mile run for lax each day made it worse.

Dropped a cliff, took knee to face which gashed open my chin, and smashed my tooth. I got stitched up, and thought my tooth was ok.

2 weeks later my tooth splits in two. I had to get it pulled out, and still haven't got the filling in yet.

blew out acl+mcl cat skiing on Jan 1. Waited for the mcl to heal and did some pre hab, and got the acl reconstructed on April 7. At 6 months post op, and ready to get 'er done.
