HELP! Grey Out iPod Touch

My wifi is grey out and says no wifi. I tried everything for it to work like restoring,resetting, and nothing work. I been looking around the web but nothing works when I tried it,so what should I do?

Is the new ipod touch and is it jailbroken? because apple released a patch that kills the wifi on new jailbroken ipods
