How long should I wait before calling someone out?

I paid for skis with Paypal in July.

In August I spoke with him, he said he didn't have my shipping info.  Even though it was in my Paypal information.

September 6, I sent a message and got no reply.

I sent another message today.  How much longer before I name names?

if u sent money in july..... i woul dhave a long time go. Its october now. 4 months is not acceptiable.

A callout is definitely overdue. Check to see if he's read all of your PM's too

I would have made the callout near the 45 day limit for paypal reports.  At least should have laid the paypal claim down before that limit was up.
