So stoked Halfpipe seems to finally have gotten in, will be great getting more exposure to the sport, although IOC comes with drug testing will this stop a lot of the top athletes going?

I don't think drug testing happens in snowboarding anymore does it? Even if it does though, fucking stop smoking for a month, it's the olympics.

Also, funny rule from that:

Music is used at Halfpipe competitions. The sound system must be powerful

enough for the competitor to hear the music clearly and without distortion

while in any part of the pipe.

What's great about this is that there's a lot of people from all sorts of countries that could win it.  I hope it happens, that would be a great competition.

Yeah, unlike the snowboard pipe, skiing will actually be a competition.  I could see France, New Zealand, US, or Canada winning it.
