I'd say around -3 but it really depends of the use you make of em.

 just mount them at the recomended mount if you are not super picky

Are they designed to be center mounted?

Well they are not perfectly symmetrical, but they are close to be. If you do 100% park, centermouting them would be acceptable but otherwise you can mount them up to 6 cm from the dead center. My friend did 70% park and 30% all moutain last year and had them mounted at -3 and he loved them.

yea mostly park but i also rip groomers and steeps sometimes
