I have a warranty question and its been a bitch getting an answer.

just post your question. enough people on here use, broke, and have dealt with warranty issues with skullcandy that someone will probably know the answer

if it's a warranty question it's quite simple, go to the retailer you bought it at and have them send it back

Ok so I have a couple pairs of smokin buds. this is about the 3rd time that i've warrantied them. In may when I sent them in (the last time) I had the option of store credit or the same product. I chose same product. I just filled out the form again, but I didn't get the option of store credit. I'd rather have the credit so I can get the Icons, but i don't know if they are still offering it.

sparknotes: store credit still available as option on online warranty?
